Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
These timeframes apply to change-of-mind returns only and do not limit your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), which applies to faulty or incorrectly described goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
2. Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or exchanges are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 10 business days (depending on your banking provider).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at Cloudora@outlook.co.nz .
5. Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the physical address provided by our support team upon initiating your return.

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Trackable Shipping: If you are returning items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
